How Adgora collects, uses and protects data.

1 min read Last updated: 2026-08-01

This policy explains what Adgora collects and why. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run an ad network.

Data we collect

  • Account data: email, password hash, role, and (optionally) a linked social identity and Telegram for notifications.
  • Financial data: deposits, balances, payouts and the wallet address you provide.
  • Ad-serving data: for each ad request we process IP-derived country, coarse device/OS/browser, and page context. IP and user-agent are stored only as keyed one-way hashes for fraud prevention — never in raw form.

Cookies

The cabinet uses a strictly-necessary session cookie and a language preference cookie. Ad serving may set a first-party visitor id for frequency capping and retargeting audiences you opt into. We do not sell personal data.

How we use data

To operate campaigns and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, provide statistics, and send transactional notifications. You control which notification emails you receive in your profile.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with our payment processor (Payora) to settle deposits and payouts, and with infrastructure providers that process traffic on our behalf. We disclose data if required by law.

Retention

Account and financial records are kept while your account is active and as required for accounting and anti-fraud. Hashed ad-serving identifiers are retained only as long as needed for fraud detection and aggregate statistics.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to legal retention obligations.

Security

Passwords are hashed, two-factor authentication is available, PII is stored only as keyed hashes, and outbound traffic is proxied so the origin never leaks. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Support

Still stuck? A person will answer

The support desk handles campaigns, sites, deposits and payouts. Write from your account email; for a payment, add the transaction hash — it saves a round of questions.

Free tools

Calculators and checkers that run in your browser — no account.

Glossary
