Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Adgora advertising network ("Adgora", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or entity may operate advertiser, publisher, or both roles.

2. Advertisers

You fund a prepaid balance and set your own bids and budgets; you are charged only for the traffic you buy. All creatives and landing pages are subject to moderation and must comply with our content policy (no illegal content, malware, deceptive claims, or infringing material). We may pause or reject campaigns that violate these rules.

3. Publishers

You may place ad tags only on sites you own or control and that pass moderation. You must not generate artificial traffic, clicks, or impressions by any means. Invalid traffic is not paid, and repeated or severe fraud leads to suspension and forfeiture of the affected earnings. The revenue share and minimum payout are shown in your dashboard.

4. Payments

Deposits and payouts settle on-chain in TON and USDT. Crypto transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for providing a correct wallet address. Payouts are reviewed before release and may be held during a chargeback/quality window. We may deduct amounts wrongly credited (e.g. reversed conversions or invalid traffic).

5. Prohibited use

No fraud, no circumvention of moderation or fraud controls, no reverse engineering, no interference with the service, and no use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, unpaid valid earnings remain payable subject to our fraud review; balances obtained through fraud are forfeited.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Adgora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
